Reservations must be made at all conference hotels by October 20 to secure the conference rate. Individual cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival. All hotels provide free parking and breakfast. There are many hotel chains in the area and attendees can contact Debbie Reeder, Local Arrangements Chair, at 410-777-2224 or dmreeder@aacc.edu for additional choices. Note: If you register through the hotel web site, you will be given the conference rate only if your check-in and check-out dates are within the range listed with each hotel below. If your check-in or check-out date is different, then call the hotel directly to make your reservations, and you will be given the conference rate.
